Hotel Granada - Puebla

I had a great experience in this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was in walking distance from the bus terminal and the main bus station. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus, it was easy to catch a taxi out front whenever I needed to.

For us, it was ideal.

I really couldn't sleep cause the front desk employee was talking with somebody else almost 4am and it was loud that I dial from the room to slow down his voice and the phone wasn't working so that was awful night. Thanks I stayed only 1 night and checked out early. Also to take a shower it has sliding doors but the water still came out from the bottom of the door it needs sealer and also replace new shower doors. Carpet needed to be renew and better sheet for bed and towels. Not recommended at all..

The room was very dark, double bed is narrow for 2 people. Hotel looks seedy enogh.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter break, as it was close to the city center and all the main attractions I wanted to visit. The room was also clean and tidy, with fresh sheets and towels provided every day. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great given the warm weather during my stay. Another advantage was the friendliness of the staff, who were always willing to help and offer recommendations about places to visit and where to eat.

There was also a lack of soundproofing between the rooms and the hallways, meaning that any noise from the corridors or other rooms was heard clearly in my room. the breakfast provided was very basic, with limited options and average quality food.

Great location, right across the road from the bus station and close to many restaurants. Rooms are spacious and include breakfast, which is a good value for the price. the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The rooms could use some updating and repairs. the bathroom was outdated and the shower had some issues.
